Lance and Christie Thollander have been active in full time Missions work for the past eighteen years. They have visited ministries throughout South Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa evaluating their effectiveness and developing strong bonds with them. Over the years they have overseen relationships with over two hundred ministries in countries ranging from India to Morocco. They spent four years in Europe as tent maker missionaries in the 1970s. Lance has developed and overseen two month long residential discipleship programs called The Forge which involved students from India, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the United States. Lance is a graduate of Westmont College and is the author of two books, Unleashing the Divine and Walking the Galatian Road. Christie is a graduate of Trinity Bible College and oversees both donor and ministry relations.
Dana Andrechyn has handled the financial and bookkeeping responsibilities at Hope Builders for the past six years. She also works with donors, vendors and overseas leaders to ensure the efficient handling of all donor contributions and ministry expenses.
